Ikr, but if you're talking about the lineart I had an idea, you could just use normal lineart and have a rainbow glow around it :3
Still probably hard though lol.

Oh, I've never tried that.
By the way I meant draw the thing, then just outside of the lines draw another set of lines in a rainbow colour then smudge it together. I haven't tried it but it'll probably work?

Yeah I guess, but I think I actually just used the gradient tool on photoshop, but if I were to draw something I can't use layers so it wouldn't work :c
