Facts:

Meshach is a cemetery keeper and funeral director and one of the bosses in Inkwell Isle One.

He was born to his father who was a groundskeeper of Pugio Cemetery and an unknown mother who died of lung cancer when he is three months old and never get to knew her and his father raised him alone. When he is nineteen years old, his father died in a train crash(it was literally the Phantom Express prior of becoming a ghost train and having a deal with the Devil) leaving Meshach lived all alone and took his place as a cemetery groundskeeper then also took as a funeral director as part times. Two years later, he got distraught when a group of punk teenagers who loved to mess with him destroying his cemetery everyday shooing them off poorly then got an object thrown at his face; getting tired of trying to clean up the mess in the cemetery, he knew what to do anything to stop them from destroying the cemetery and he got a paid for a visit by the Devil who knew about his problems and came up with a deal. Meshach was not hesitant but made a deal and signed the contract. After the deal, Meshach got granted with the power of necromancy and an ability to morph between the form of a lich and human. At night with his new powers, he scares the sh*t out of punk teenagers out from the cemetery and never come back again in a form of a lich and controls zombies and living skeletons and rumors were now spreading all over Inkwell Isle about him as a lich and Meshach is being called, the 'Graveyard Lich' lurking in Pugio Cemetery at night. He intended to have the undead as his helpers.

Before Cuphead and Mugman came after him for his soul contract, he met a certain poltergeist banshee, Esme. One day, Meshach got off from groceries and he went on his way back to Isle One then Esme accidentally bumped onto him; she apologized to him and she was just on her way back to Isle One too, he senses her banshee side with his dark energy and he asked her if he likes to take her back home but Esme had to deny so she go back home by herself. The next day, he was about to exit the graveyard and got an unexpected surprise from Esme who asked him if he wants to go on a date with her until 7pm; as he agreed, he tells her to go with him back to the graveyard after that. After the date, when he brought her to the graveyard then Esme shows her true, poltergeist banshee form to him asking him if he hated her now but Meshach wouldn't hate her due to his dark arts as he shows his lich form to her and also he liked her too and Esme is happy to hear that and they were made for each other.

Since after his deal, he studied dark arts, supernatural monsters and necromancy and leveling himself up to be a skillful necromancer in secret.

Meshach really hates it when Ribby or Croaks punched him sometimes whenever he bumped onto each of them.

He is not amuse of dumb jokes from Beppi and although, he didn't feel the sense of humor around the clown; if Beppi made some stupid graveyard humor, he will might bury him alive.

He was completely allergic to poison ivy; it happened when he is still six years old and ended up having rashes all over his body.

His favorite part of quitting time which he would enjoy some biscuits and require some black tea on purpose.

~~Battle In-Game~~

Meshach's level is located in Inkwell Isle One which is a cemetery, right next to the Mausoleum one. Before the battle, Meshach is seen looking down relighting up the lanturn before picking up the shovel that was stabbed to the ground.

In the first stage, Meshach turned his shovel blade larger, scooped up a large dirt then throws them at the player/s in which direction and they must avoid them with a dash. Ravens flies out of nowhere and dropped a small stone cross on the player/s whom they must dodge and one of them can get parried. Once taking enough damage, Meshach begin to use his necro powers as the second phase begins. In the second phase, he summons zombies and skeletons from their tombs and graves then commanded them to attack the player/s; the zombies will charge at the player/s and while the skeletons throw bones at the player/s and one of them can be parriable and they can be destroyed somehow. Ravens will continued the phase. Once defeated in second stage, Meshach's eyes started to glow green and turns the candle in his lantern green then smashed the lantern letting out a burst of green flash around him and the cemetery is now in a green mist and Meshach had transformed into his lich form and his shovel turned into a scepter as the final phase begins. In the final phase, Meshach summoned six green energy spheres around him and lunge them at the player/s whom they must dodge and one of them can be parriable. He use his scepter to summon four green firey skulls and fires them at the player/s and one of them can be parried. Meshach stabbed his scepter to the ground causing green glowing bones protude from the ground. Ravens won't continue this phase but zombies and skeletons continued this phase but they were glowed green.

Once defeated, Meshach fell and knelt down holding his scepter to the ground looking up screaming in agony. In Simple Mode, he will not turn into a lich instead he knelt down holding his shovel in defeat, his hat is crooked and clothes were now torned as he wept and hiccupping in despair.
