Description Finally got around to making a needle felting tutorial for those who are interested in learning the craft! It took me a whole month to put this all together. I hope the next one I make (if I decide to make another) won't take as long orz

Tutorial Details:

Includes step-by-step instructions with 79 photos
8 pages long (1196 words)
Teaches basic felting skills, such as how to form basic shapes, add details, insert eyes, etc.

I originally wrote this tutorial for a needle felting kit. As a result, I will be referring to items that come with the kit in the instructions. If you would like to purchase the materials, I should be adding them to my Storenvy (xxnostalgic.storenvy.com).

Please read: Totoro belongs to Studio Ghibli, Inc. This tutorial & felting style belongs to me. Please do not use this tutorial to profit in any way. deviantART has given me permission to offer this as Premium Content, because I only plan to teach people how to needle felt. I wanted to start with a simple tutorial for beginners and Totoro happened to be one of the easier dolls I make.

Yes, I accept 500 points. The points button has been changed to reflect that. Sorry for the late response!

No problem!

By the way, do you knit your charms and soak them until they're felted or something else?

Ah okay ^^ Thanks for letting me know!

Do you sew the pieces together and leave a hole for stuffing?
