Nice  but it's kinda hard to see his hands due to background color almost matching his gloves.
Word of advice use background colors that are different from the character.

If you need some help with the shading though, I can help! You see, when you make shading in digital art pieces, you have to use a different feature that isn't an airbrush or something spray-looking of the sort. You have to use a transparent marker color that turns up a little bit darker than the normal color in the right part, and then add layers to it. Make darker and darker layers so that your shadows look realistic and a bit more 3D, though you don't have to add layers to your shadows in all parts. Then blend them together with a tad of airbrush features and voila! You got a nice shadow! Hope that helps. :3

I just look at a part on my picture and say "Looks like that part needs shading."
