No no, i used cat as an example xD Fate Chaser have the same tail and ears, not need to be cat ( i have other species where they can have different eats and tail, but Fate Chasers don't have) i hope this answered your question?

Fate chasers are blind, they have eyes on the souls ( inside ear and tail)
common ones are yellow/gold color, uncommon are red
Fate Chasers like hiding their real eyes with anything ( bandages,sleep mask etc) but that's up to you
