This is an awareness series about bulimia. It's not in any way trying to create this illness into something glamourous. I'm trying to do the exact opposite in fact. It's not glamourous; it's devastating.
It's not a good way to lose weight.
It's not harmless.
It doesn't go away by itself.
It is extremely addictive and it is a problem.
Please if you or someone you know has an eating disorder don't wait, seek help right away. It's never too late.

A bit confused by your title, but I'm looking at the magazine shreddings on the ground, perhaps that's a clue to what I'm looking at in the title. I'm also a bit unsure, is that a paint can top i'm looking at?
However, your pose is so fragile and your eyes are so captivating! There's a helpless longing, plea, submission to them. This is the sort of picture you want to reach into and help...but you can't because, after all, it's a photography. Great!
