Well here he is, Ronan 2.0. I'm still a little iffy about how this turned out but whatever! It's a slight improvement from last version I think.
A bit about Ronan: His hometown was raided when he was 14, forcing him to run and seek refuge until the attack died down. When he returned days later, he found the entire town destroyed and all the residents had disappeared. Without knowing what to do, where to go, or whether or not his parents or younger sister were even still alive somewhere or not, he had no choice but to move on. For the next couple of years, he's traveled from town to town trying to gather any information he can on who had destroyed his home and whether or not there was any hope of finding his family again.
Well everything about this story is super incomplete and still doesn't make much sense, but whatevs! Thanks for looking!

I love how you do the eyes and hair. All painted and perdy~ The hair especially has a lot of color variation that's cool to look at.

Naw, thanks!! Haha I spend way too much time on the hair and faces of my characters...then I just scribble the rest of the outfit down lol.
Oh and glad you like the cape!! I have a weird thing for capes and cloaks, I would draw every character with a big cape if I could xD

I think there's some improvement I love the depth in the robe and the arms the hair and eyes are nicely done, but the pants I would add more texture to them try running lines with a similar or darker to the similar the color your using this can create an effect of texture for jeans I think this will give the pants more depth keep the white in the jeans it tells us there worn every thing else I like the jeans just sort of popped keep up the grate work ^^

I definitely agree with you on the pants, there is something lacking there. I tried adding textures and stuff but nothing was really working. I should really look into some references and start teaching myself how to draw clothing better, I wish it was on par with the amount of detail I can put into the face and hair. ^_^'

Most what we do is we create character for that world... and the world is so massive, almost any character will fit

I suppose, but they would just have to be random side characters x) Guest appearances xD And it would be strange having someone else write his dialogue when I don't even know what he's thinking myself ^_^'
But you know, I'll keep you in mind for when I create other designs. I draw a lot of random people xD Ronan's pretty important to me though
