Description
Tohru is a homeless OC of mine, though I'm still working on a decent backstory for him Dx He's very much a quiet and sensitive guy.
It can be pretty awkward for him to express his thoughts and feelings, which can create misunderstandings with other people. He senses the misfortunes of others very strongly, and is easily hurt and offended. Because his emotions are strong, he often reacts intensely to situations which can sometimes spiral things out of control. He's independent and likes to direct his own life rather than take orders from someone else. Occasionally he will experience things like headaches or dizziness because of over-stressing himself.
And he has some freckles!

From the looks of him, he looks like a guy who's been through a lot. I mean, I look at the expression in his face, and it looks like he has many emotions and memories that reflect in his facial expression. You also did the shading and line art so well I can't stop staring at him. And the longer I stare at him, the more I want to hug him D:. He looks so sad. xD lol You always color like you are God, srsly. You're epic!

I'm so glad I got the emotion to come through! I imagined him as a guy who kinda held on too tightly to the past. He would have had a lot of disturbing memories and never learned that he should be letting go of pain and moving on instead of wallowing.

Yeah, I'm not very good at writing out character descriptions because usually they take super long for me to develop O_O But recently I've been trying to get better at that and my writing in general.

He looks like a guy with a lot of pain and emotions boiled inside of him. In which I could imagine him walking around town, finding coal and would draw his feelings out on maybe boxes lying around. Small notes people would notice it "You're loved" people would for once believe the message is for them, but it's actually a reminder to himself.
He wouldn't draw suicidal things, he would be drawing beautiful things, like a field with flowers and butterflies. He would find leafs and use it for colors and flowers aswell.
He could have lost his home because being an artist doesn't pay much.
He doesn't show his art to anyone, cause he's insecure. And they don't know about it. And when they talk about it, he would pretend he doesn't know anything.
And maybe, one day people start talking about, where all these drawings come from. And he decides to draw himself on a house.
And all his friends finally understands..
PLOT TWIST: And they're gonna be like "fuck you" and he died.. :I
