The image of Tintin being all gung-ho about adventures and Captain being….well, not so enthusiastic, kept appearing in my mind. Just about drove me nuts too! xD

Awwww........ I'm so full of emotion right now. This is exactly what I did in my whole childhood. When ever I'm not reading, I went on adventures with Tintin and Snowy in my backyard (of course, Tintin was in my imagination. But, he was always there right next to me.) It was sooo great!!! My childhood best friend since I was 2 years old! I Love love love this!!!

I do the sketch in pencil first and then I use Faber-Castell black art pens (these things---> [link] ) to outline my picture. I use a fine point art pen to do the base of the background and then a bold point to put the final layer on it.

Well, my father's side of the family is Dutch, Irish, Scottish, English, American Indian and African American. Meanwhile, my Mother is straight-up Hebrew (Israeli). So yes, I have a little Dutch in me. *gets shot from spewing everything at you* xD
