Actually Snake does know CQC, Big Boss taught him. He just never wanted to use it, he says so to Otacon in MGS4

Even if Big Boss taught him Batman still has the edge in almost everything. As for Raiden vs Deathstroke, with no prop I think Cyborg Raiden.
