You click the link and then the green button (download) after doing this a window will open. And now you just have to paste everything from this window into your my_presets folder.
You can find it under: System/Feralheart/my_presets/preset_10
(Or whatever the folder youll download it called. If its called preset_5, youll have to place everything into preset_5.
