Stalin was responsible for the continual progress of communism after the civil war between the White Russians as well making sure that it would not fall to their enemies during that said war.Β
His policies were flawed in a lot cases, but... The Soviet Union would never become industrialized without him. Russia as a whole would not be industrialized at the current moment if it were not for him.Β
