(didnt really liked the original one :/ and was really lazy) D:

i dont remember, but that idea was used quite a long time ago....bout 2003 if im not mistaken by a dA-er and i heard it was also used by gempakstarz artist, puppeteer in one of his comics long ago....

Well, I do have my old 2GB (2x1GB) RAM that were previously used in my laptop. I dont know if it'll work on yours tho. Just holler me if you want it, better let it have some use instead of waiting for it to be of use once more XD
Its rated as 676MHz or something like that. I'm waiting for the day that the 2GB 800MHz RAM comes out next year. Get two of thos and my RAM and motherboard's speed is synchronized! Woohoo!!
Right now, you can say that my RAM is being overclocked due to the higher speed of my motherboard. That and I'll give you this lil program that helps you to monitor your fps and GPU temperature while also giving you access to overclocking settings that I dont really know of using it XD
The Acer Gemstone user back in ITB overclocked their laptops with a custom made BIOS downloaded from the net. There's also the Dell XPS gang with a racist theme that goes like this; Malays go for a black XPS while Chinese go for the blue ones. Ya, its true. Just take a look once you're back XD
That and one of my friend is quite good/knowledgeable with computer hardwares that he claimed that a good gaming rig could be built with a budget of about $1500 only. I'll introduce you to him when I get the chance.

and surprisingly...it still runs 0__o
and you know that the heatsink burns up real fast if you overclock and you need like a super cooling system if you dont want thing to go fiery hot eh...liquid nitrogen would be cool xD

Yeah, I know. My GPU reached the 100 degree Celcius mark one time. Thanks the EVGA Precision program to let me know of the temperature so that I can continue my games once it cooled down. But if you're planning to get nVidia XT/Ultra version of stuffs, like 8800 Ultra, and SLI it with another one, then you definitely need a good cooling system cause the GPU is 10 times better than those on GT version. You dont even need to overclock it too. Trouble is, they make a lot of heat too. Thats why the Thermaltake casing with fluid cooled cooling system makes for a good choice. Or in Blackbird-02 case, a mix of good air ventilation and leak proof liquid cooling mixedi in with great aerodynamic internal structure and component arrangement for good air flow and coverage over all components.

im a supporter of nVidia, but i've been hearing a lot of bad rumors about it lately

Intel Core i7 (a.k.a. Core 3), at least 4 cores minimum in every model
only a couple of motherboard has been released to support this chip so far
by far, best one is from ASUS, p6t or Rampage II (gamer's version) and both sold at qqestore if you're interested xD
$1000+ each with about a hundred dollar difference
both supports up to 12GB of DDR3 RAM!
tho MSI has gone OTT, with a max of 24GB RAM supported
but still not as good as ASUS in some aspects
not sure bout the cooling tho..
tho i've seen some videos of pros using thermaltake hardware when they OC (overclock)
theres also other alternative such as thermalright and vigor
but i've never seen these sold here
actually OC in computing term is to push the processor beyond factory setting to make it faster
so the same things go for FF13 as well, they become faster..thats what i heard
as you can see from the trailer where the enemies in the train slow down coz she used OC
but that couldnt just be it yea?...
coz thats like pretty simple kinda like an alternate version of haste :/

Lol, I agree with you there. If the money is well spent, then the entire country wouldnt need to worry of having our resources out of commission. The late SOAS was actually good in developing Brunei since a lot of the money came about to bring the kampung-ish BSB to what it is now. Not only that but he earned the title Sir in front of his name. From what I heard, he was just an ordinary citizen who works as an officer in the forestry department before becoming the Sultan. Anyways, yeah I'm seeing a lot of people saying so too. A new GFX card from ATI arrived last time at CFK in a bundle but got sold out within a week. So a lot of people actually had to go and buy it online. The good thing is, you can buy the ones with at least 1GBof VRAM there compared to the maximum 512MB here. One reason I like nVidia is that the series name is easily read for me, while ATI...I'm not familiar with how they name their products right now lol
Oh and that probably explain how my mobo got fried last time remember? There was nothing wrong except for the graphic card chips which is integrated into the motherboard. I guess I'll have to find an ATI one now XD
Walau....12GB of DDR3 RAM is overkill dood, since 32-bit OS have a limitation up to 4GB due to its structure. For 64-bit however, you can go up to 128GB of RAM I heard. But then again what kind of program need that much of RAM? Crysis? XD
Owh and I read in a magazine that AMD is developing their own version of Quad core chip which they claimed to be the true quad core, since Intel's basically made their quad core chips by putting two dual core chip side by side and force them to communicate with each other. At least thats what they said XD
Anyways, any news on how fast the i7 could run? Probably they're gonna make Intel Atom 2 
I dont much about cooling system now, since I dont have a rig myself. I do know some people who have fans arranged on their casing in a way that it really optimize the flow of air around the internal part of the pc. That and some people also had their rig packed with a fluid cooled system using ThermalTake one, bad thing is the fluid is quite expensive so he replaced it every three months instead of monthly. Like changing engine oil eh? XD
Hmm, would adrenaline rush be one form of biological OC then? If thats OC in FF13, then that could mean that they're using the power of some crystals to do so. That acould also explain how that guy in FF13 versus managed to teleport from one place to another. You dont know whether he's actually moving around all those invisible swords (heck, it could also be one single sword being moved around very fast since its quite transparent) bbut the again we need to play the game to know the truth...XD

but if you get that much ram + a good processor now you can prolly run crysis and bioshock at high specs simultaneously and change in between with alt+tab smoothly without a drop in framerate and lag

i think the magazine was referring to intel Core 2 Quad
its 1 chip with 2 separate dual cores processors embedded in it laying side by side = 4 cores
but the latest one, Core i7 (4 cores) is 1 chip and 1 processor, could be the same one as AMD which you're talkin about - AMD Phenom x4 (4 cores)

From what Bahit told me, building a rig which includes the new equipment into the spec would probably cost more than the average $1.5k budget, since the mobo, DDR3 RAM and processors would cost more than a thousand themselves. That and according to him, a new 2GB RAM of 800MHz have come out by now since they have DDR3 out there. Hence, I'm thinking of getting it or not...Since from what he said, a computer would always work according to the lowest speed of the whole system...In my case, the RAM. It around 600MHz, but my mobo is on 800MHz. Probably just give you my current one if you want it once I got those RAM XD

I heard one of Bahit's friend had his HP (the new model with metallic finish) installed with 64-bit Vista. So he/she can have up to 128GB of RAM if he wanted XD
Down side is you can only install digitally signed drivers on it...

Anyways, Bahit told me of a show that tested what coolant is the best. They tried the refrigerant, car coolant and beer. Seems like the beer was the best cheap coolant for the PC fluid cool system XD

Dont forget to include the 50 daimyo hermitaur farming just to smash their shells with a hammer and catch them just to get a single monoblos heart for the best GS of that time, Siegmund, in MH2F. I could have sworn I was a master fro breaking the shells by then before I fought the souped up version of them in 2G. That and the legenday one hit cut wonder of wyvern tails came from the many trials on cutting rathalos tails for higher chance of getting rathalos ruby XD
At least I know you have gotten yourself well acquainted with the thing by now. When I first encountered it in the first MH on PS2, I ran for my life not knowing ho to kill the damn thing XD

If you're talking bout tail cutting then yes. Otherwise, you're the noob to legend here for going on solo.
For those quests, you might fail a few times. But the lao shan just have a very high HP while the Gaoren have annoying little legs to hit. That and time limit. My friend dont recommend using long sword, dual sword, sword and shield, hammer, hunting horns...anything with short range lah (unlike us back then with GS...apparently the head aint the weak spot but the belly. Thing is, its a one hit kill area). My friend suggest a bow level 5 pierce if you can get it, since getting no damage is always good. Beside, how could it damage you in the first place. Lance or gunlance is good, if you know how to do it. I got killed trying it XD
Unless you're in monster hunter tri, you couldnt cut the tail. Man, I really want to be a legend by being the first one to cut it.
