The Liberal Banana squashed the tomato ferociosly.For my art class, I drew this and colored it in prisma colored pencil.
The picket signs say "No blood for oil" and "Impeach Bush" with a swastica
Tomato says: "If you do this you mess with Texas"
Michael Moore says: "I'll put this in my next anti-Bush film"
If you guess who the banana is a meant to be a mock up of, you get a prize.
Also, this is not meant to be a political statement, though I am a conservative, I respect the ideals of both sides. This is not a political cartoon, its a freakin' art project that I thought turned out well, don't read into it.

Well, alright--you aren't making a statement about the political prescriptions, but I do see a caricature of some political figures. That in itself is a satirical statement, and it does resonate with some political cartoons out there for the mere fact that it pokes fun at real people who are in power. I enjoyed this image for a little guffaw, but I don't think you know the power of your 'freakin art project'. I am saying this with heartfelt wonder and not in clichΓ©: What is art if it makes no statement? With that note, I suppose a statement that involves polit figures is a political statement at least, even if it takes no side of either figure being made fun of.

Yeah, I know it's done horribly, I did it for an art project, I didn't exact put as much work into it as others, and based upon that, I just didn't care about resizing or anything, I just put it up for the hell of it, and it's prisma colored pencil, factually. Meh, out of my posts, I'd say this is probably among the worst. You'll see better work for my class once I get my next project done, it's also better since it's in my usual style and contains no colored medium, just pencil. And I work better in pencil, also its a much more serious work, and it is a religious piece (not a statement in anyway, either, just a depiction of a religious scene)

That's horrid. Why post it? You're making it public, right? Not as a statement about what is in the scene but I hope that it is at least meant to show that you are into creating scenes at all. I'm serious, but I'm not dissing you or trying to change your stance in any way. It's my observation that there's musicians who make records 'about something' such as their philosophy, and there's musicians making records to show they're into music. If their music was about nothin, they'd make none at all. Either way, it's about making a sound, or in our case, (pun intended) 'making a scene'.

I made it for the hell of it, and posted it, again, for the hell of it. Not to attract any attention to it. This isn't a piece I cared for, I only posted it to know what others thought, I honestly didn't expect any view or anything for it, I just decided "I'm bored, meh, I'll post it" And I did t because these words were assigned to me. The only word that was changed from the original assigning was "liberal" which was because I didn't want purple and a friend suggested it. Anything that could be a statement, like the michael moore, the signs, or the Kerry-Banana was just to accentuate the notion it is liberal. It's not a piece like Antora, or Fallen where I tried hard to make it look good, its just "this is what I have, so what the hell, I'll post it, I should post something" I don't considder this one of my true pieces, just random bull because I had to. And I posted it, because I felt like it, not to make a scene or to cause anyone to care, just for the hell of it.

That and I think we don't need to see the detail of every particle and scratch from the pencils. You should take better consideration of what the image will look like on screen after you load it to DA. At best, it appears to be a pastels/crayon doodle that is difficult to 'read' as a so-called 'project'. It should be 1200 pixels across at its largest since you defined the cartoon dialog in the description anyway.
