The main problem what I'm very lazy
And aslo when I edited sprites in Paint.net and place them in the game they was with from color pallete (but sprites had proper color pallete). Maybe I forget to set hardness of tools on 100% or something

You do NOT save them in MS Paint OR Paint.net! Photoshop, Graphicsgale or even GIMP (even though it's not recommended) will suffice for merely saving the files. But make sure you get new files first, or it'll stay the same.
Also the foot in the gif looks like it's moving on its own rather than actually being attatched to Sonic. Moving it along the bottom pixels of the first sprite is what'll fix it, but I'm sure you've got other things to do.
