Nah. It looks like a Pelican from Halo, 'cept the entrance is in the back and the sides are covered by the enormous intakes. The sides of these intakes have the hover jets which allow the craft to hover, and fly.

No, it doesn't swim like a whale. but, it can seal up the entrance in the back and the cockpit so that it can travel underwater.

Well, biggest hips I've seen on one of your drawings in awhile. Biggest but aswell, I think >.>

'Least it's letting me think 50% normal capacity, now lemme see..
For a line-art, the anatomy is really good, and nothing I can nit-pick at, although her eyes have a sort of sorrowful/lifeless look in them. Looks good, but I personally prefer the happy ones.
Just a suggestion, if you did a background.. You could add in a night-scene and have her calling a taxi or something, seems to fit the pose. Awesome work.

As for her eyes, I was going off of what I saw on a character sketch of her (trying to stay "in character").
