Odd-Eyes Revolution Dragon. The monster that, in my opinion (and probably everyone else's), is the true final form of Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon.

Its power rivals that of Z-ARC and parallels Decade Complete Form (both are fusions of the powers of their predecessors) and Kuuga Ultimate Form (both are fusions of the four base forms/dragons and both have 4 horns, while their base forms have only 2).
