Description
This basic Mandelbulb 3D creation was generated from another 3D Mandelbulb I created to which I applied the MutaGen function.Β I then tweaked it a bit and added some color enhancements using the Photo Elements 7 and added a 2D fractal star element created with the Fractron 9000 fractal generator. MB3D version used is 1.9.1.Related content

By the way, with "Photo Elements 7" did you refer to photoshop elements?

Yes it's Photoshop Elements 7.Β I've stuck with this editor, even though new versions add more functionality because the way I use it, it is faster than v11 or v12 that I tested on a trial basis.
The shortcoming though, is that it is 32bits which limits file sizes to 2GB; making compromise on how much detail I can add to piece.
