She was 11 and 2 years passed, sure, but she turned 13 during the flashback where Kenny dies. They havent worked out the length of time between then and episode 1, but they did work out that they took AJ away from Clem in December of that year, 3 months after her 13th birthday. But still, thats besides the point! This guy has a thing for kids!
