Actually, I don’t have much experience, I’m still learning
But I will try to tell how I create a comic, but in my own way, hehe
Well I use PaintToolSAI and Manga Studio. The last I usually use for creating panels for pages (it's really useful) and the first I use for drawing and colouring pages^^
And how I make comic? Well, firstly, I'm writing a comic script (I need this so as not to forget the plot and dialogs), and based on it I create a comic, but you can always change something, even I do that. In addition, my friend helps me. She gives me advices on how to do something better^^
And about colours, it will be a little harder for me to explain. I draw as I want. I like to play with colours. I always pick up the bright colours, because ... I like it, I guess, hahaha XD

Well, I creat the panels in Manga Studio. This program, in fact, was made to create comics and manga, but I use it to create panels, because it's much easier to do it in this program (at least for me
