He's not an established character, just an exercise in simple design because no matter how much I whine about how long I spend drawing Starriors, they're actually kinda fun to draw. I could see myself doing a short comic if I can find a way to reduce detail a bit just to shorten drawing time.~2 hours, drawn in pencil/ink, scanned & flat coloured in Gimp
