I bet if you could send Popsocket the company an email of this pic they could make pop sockets out of these designs.

It was a couple years ago, but I subbed for a middle school art class that was making zen-tangles(was actually how I got introduced to them haha). Anyways, I only mention it because I am fairly certain the teacher had printouts of this specific piece to give them ideas(a couple others as well). I definitely remember a lot of circles, each with their own pattern. The larger ones at the top seem familiar as well. Small world huh?Β

I love doing these! This will really help, especially when your doing something like what I did ;-; It takes a lot time to actually think of ones off the top of your head, and this will help a lot next time c:

Hello~!

These are beautiful patterns! I'm teaching a highschool Introduction to Art class, and currently doing a unit on line, pattern and tone!

With your permission, would I be able to use this tutorial with my class as an example-and-reproduce workseheet? Most of my students are struggling with developing their own pattern/fine drawing skills and this is exactly the kind of thing that would help.

Naturally I'd credit the source, and only use with your permission!

Yael360, This is just great. I love how portable it is. I think I'll do the same, but fold it into a book so I can carry it with my tangle supplies.

They would make cute stickers, thankyou so much for posting this! I have had troubles figuring out how to put detail into my art and this is just what I needed! No gimmick patterns for Photoshop, no special brushes, just simple repeated figures to learn and grow on.
