Pretty sweet view. I don't think there is going to be much construction on your side of Yonge, so you should have it for a while. Most of the focus downtown lately seems to be Cityplace/Fort York/King & Bathurst where I am.
So much change in the buildings around there over the last few years... My shot [link] is now half blocked by the Maple Leaf Square complex, and will be completely blocked in about a year when two of the holes-in-the-ground that are construction sites progress to towers.

Very true. I remember visiting for a few days about 10 years ago - skyline was no where near as crowded as it is now. Especially all these new buildings along the harbour-front. And rumor has it that they're yet to build 3000 additional units by the pan am games in 2015. and with the rate of immigration into the city - it won't be long before space is maxed in downtown Toronto...
