The animation is alright but those sprites are hideous dude..

Well firstly, I've noticed that music is set to "Event". Which is a big no no when doing flash animations. If the video were to be paused or some other random thing, the music continues to play. So next time you should set your music to "stream".
Second, your background is moving WAAYY too fast, not to mention the loops in the BG are kind of weird. Like, I can see where it repeats. That's somethin you gotta fix for future animations.
Lastly, there was very little merlow in the video... Just thought I'd throw that out there.
