Description My first attempt at anything with Hexagon 2.5, as I have just acquired the program. As I worked, this form came out so I built a small story line for it. It is a fast attack class of invid ship which relies on a much increased forward speed as well as its one large cannon to take out either individual or small groups of targets. The 'wings' and 'tail' will eventually hold booster arrays.

Hello:
This is so great! The Invid was always one of my very favourite alien races ever and I am so happy to see you that not only remember them, but you are making a new mecha design! .

I look forward to see the completed design, maybe you can later make more on the story for it?

Keep it up!

Honestly... looks like a decent first attempt at working with Hex and it most definitely has an Invid "feel" to it... Hex (as with any other Daz program) is bad for a lack of out-of-the-box information for first time users and sadly lacks the support that other modelling apps receive. I had to learn it all by trial and error and believe me I've seen way worse from a first time attempt (some of my own first attempts were absolutely atrocious and will never ever see the light of day... lol).

On the up-side, Hex is an excellent program with really nice tools and capabilities once you get used to it's quirks and idiosyncrasies... and have found your way around the UI... I use it for everything I make and it's got a lot of capability once you get used to it...

Inbits! I love them so much... the Empress was awesome, even if the Emperor was kind of a jerk... they were the only redeeming feature of the 3rd season of Robotech. Well... the second Marlene was also pretty cool... and the two humanoid Invid were all right too... but did you see the chunky anti-aerodynamic ugliness that was the Alpha and Beta?

I like the concept here, although I have some concerns about the modeling. I mean, were you even paying attention in class???

... you mean you didn't spend 3 years and tens of thousands of dollars learning to do this?

... she's not tiny. M is actually pretty darn big... she's always been big. Just you wait until she's forty... she'll squash you flat!
