I think it's good enough. My hair has been similar to the last two years. I guess everyone's hair grow in different speeds. But then again, I'm not that tall either.

Well one of my friends cut his hair pretty short and everyone said that his hair grows damn fast and after two years before cutting it again, it was really very long and everyone was like WHOA MAN HOW DID THEY GET THAT LONG IN ONLY TWO YEARS but they were faaar from how long this hair is xD Well as it's manga, I guess meh, no big deal, but in real it would be maybe even twice too long even if you take someone whose hair grows really fast. xD My hair isnt that long even tho I've cut it only a lil, it was a bit longer than down to my shoulders and it was around a year or even more ago xD Well, depends i guess, but still. xD Well unless, as you mentioned, person isnt really tall.
