his is like my 9th deviation (i think) and umm well this is toe rag's arch nemeses and unlike toe rag he has arms! but he doesnt have jet feet like toe rag so he has a bionic arm to make him fly because its got a rocket inside of it and his feet are bionic and they have thrusters in so that he can control what he is doing but he cant fly unless he is using his rocket arm but if he isnt using his rocket arm he can still jump really high or far by using his thrusters which can send him up 40 feet in the air and 50 meters forwards if he puts his feet in the right position (oh umm this probably wont be good..!)
