Manaban is the result of the first steps of the GUPPAN, call it a propaganda machine, call it an international aid force, after the collapse of the Aisinean empire many ethnic Manaisene, imperial loyalists from several ethnicities and the Aisinean elite escaped to the northeast, where they had been focusing their interests and resources for years at that point. It was only thanks to the cooperation between Tomon and Manaban that the country didn't collapse as it happened with Mahan.

The name of the capital, Changhua means ''singing field'' due to the fresh winds always blowing on the naked plains where it was founded.
The design of the flag follows the East Tianxian aesthetic of a single color field and (typically) a flower as the main symbol, in this case, it's the Manaisene flower depicting red and blue colors, to represent the Zorigoronian and Huaxian ethnicities, harmoniously dancing in order.

The meaning of Manaban itself comes from a combination of the Hanzi 滿啊半, meaning full half which is a contradiction that serves as a reference on the fact that the country is a miracle for the simple fact of existing.
