With this, I made my first video tutorial ^^I put some screenshots together for a preview.
Normally I wouldn't link this here, but I thought it's the best way to show more people =3
I used this method for making my new wig for the character Pascal from Tales of Graces (f) <33 It is easier than it might look.

thanks for this tutorial. we saw it also on youtube. and i honestly was feeling sad that I could find a wig to match pascals, and also scared for the task ahead, I was planning on using marker to color the bottom of the wig but this is a way faster and smarter and nicer looking idea.

Yeah, sadly there are no real character wigs on ebay for the Tales of series >___<

I don't even know if it still exists, because they are coming up and down like crazy lol
Search for "wig and the colour you need, starting with the cheapest one (item and shipping).
Sometimes the wigs are good enought to match ones expectations.

Yes ^^ I cut them in half (or in the high I needed the red hair to show up) and then sewed them together
