Hello!!! finally i've done it!Android 18 (人造人間１８号, Jinzōningen Jū Hachi-Gō), Lazuli (ラズリ, Razuri) when she was an ordinary human, is the twin sister of Android 17 and Dr. Gero's eighteenth android creation, designed to serve Gero's vendetta against Goku.
I made her look like a lil bit feminie, trying to make her different not as cold as an iceblock

I have to improve myself in oil painting and this takes me so much time...
