The symbol would be a star normaly, a rose if they were in the first rebellion and still would follow Rose Quartz, but some honor Pink Diamond as she is fallen just to save the earth.
For example the cannon Garnet has pink diamonds on the back of her boots and Jasper wears a pink diamond on a dog like necklace.
Pearl and Stevonnie wear both roses and stars.
Bismuth, Peridot, Amethyst and Lapis only have stars, as they wouldn't follow Rose anymore, they follow only Stevonnie.
