A British gentleman but perfectly up to party and have fun!

Robert “Bob” Newton is a scientist, his quirk means he can turn himself into a fluid state. His wife a scientist technician is very small in stature and can shrink herself smaller.

Bartholomew was born a perfectly normal but very small baby but by the time he was one year old his mutant quirk had fully activated. Bartholomew has no memories of being a normal human and has accepted the way he is.

As a child he mostly stayed indoors and read books, either in the library or the science lab with his parents, as playing sports was too risky (playing tennis the racket was too top heavy to hold and he toppled over a lot or under his racket) also how he reacts to climate.

A bully once tried to stamp on him but broke several bones in his foot, Bartholomew never really had a problem with bullies since.

The family moved to Japan due to job opportunities for his parents so he has studied hard to become well versed in Japanese. He offers English homework help and extra lessons to other students in his middle school and when he got in UA High School.

He would like to run his own agency for heroes in the future managing all their press, popularity polls and affairs, he gets enough attention himself he does not seek more limelight.

- Weston-Super-Mare is a seaside down in England, locally known as “Weston-super-mud” due to low tide creates very very big mud flats. It is not good idea to try and walk to the sea over as had claimed lives.
- Birthday is the première of the film “Flubber”
- Mostly fluid based diet.
