Description
A friend gave me two ammonite fossils, and said that if I wrapped them in wire, then she could pick the one she liked more, and I would get to keep the other one ^^ (She picked the one one the left in the end)I tried improvising with some new techniques here, and make them look as different as possible, to make it a bit more interesting.
Used different types of craft wire.
Ammonites are awesome, I now want to find more of them somewhere~

Thank you! They are a bit of a challenge to wrap, not as easy as simply stones.

I completely adore these! I love the ammonites, but your TECHNIQUE is awesome! I have just bought three different types of craft wire within the last couple of months, to finally teach myself wire wrapping, I have made some rings only, and they hold up well, as I have the basic technique, however, now I need to work on aesthetics.
But you are great at it!

Thank you! ^^ Honestly, I was a bit at a loss how to wrap them. I tried to look at various online pictures for inspiration, but most of them were using the same style of wrapping. And I wanted to have something original, so coming up with a design was a bit difficult XD
Keep practising, this is all it takes. I'm pretty much self-taught as well

It is definitely original and I really like that about this!
I will keep on keeping on, as much as I can, thank you for the encouragement.
Do you sell your pendants or any of your things anywhere, or are they just gifts for people you know, or just for fun etc.,?

You're welcome. I know you'll be great!
I mostly sell my beading things, either through a local shop, small markets or commissions. I haven't really branched out into larger fairs yet, because the only ones where there is a larger chance of actually selling something charge an arm and a leg for a place, so I have no guarantee that I'll even break even.
Pendants like that are either something I do for fun or something personal - either gifts or commissions again. I don't feel confident enough in my wire wrapping skills to actually sell any of them on a larger scale.

I would buy a pendant from you, if it was possible for us to do it, (meaning, if I could afford it, and if the transaction could be made,) and make a necklace from it. ???
After all, to me your skills are AMAZING! But more importantly, they are made by you- so for both of those reasons, I *am* interested, if you are.
I would want to keep, (especially the first one, if it worked out) as something special, something that had your hands and my hands together- a sign of friendship that I was able to keep close to me, to wear, if that doesn't sound too weird? ???
I know some of your pendants shown here, were uploaded long ago, I love so many of them... but I know there is no guarantee you still have them.
???

You always say such nice things about my work... I would love to make a commission for you! And would feel honoured if you would want to wear it.
I don't exactly know how international payments and shipment work if I send something outside EU (it's been made really easy within the union), so I need to do some research for that.
Yeah, the stone pendants I have here are a bit old and some of those were made as gifts in the first place. I can send you pictures of what I have now on email, or you can tell me if you want something with a specific stone and I'll see what I can do or find.

They are~ I want more ammonites now! But the only ones I ever see on sale are really big, and not suited for jewelry at all... (as well as pretty expensive!)

Hope so! Don't think they can be just found here. I've found fossils of ordinary small shells and random sea life, but nothing too pretty.
