I know a lot of you may disagree with this, but here is the reasoning for my picks.
The list goes from 1-10 with ten as least hated and one as the most hated.

10-Japan:
I don't mind Japan as a country itself, but the Hetalia character is really annoying.
He's all, "Neko kawaii oh-excuse-me-Italy herro there" kind of guy. If I here kawaii
one more time, my ears are going to bleed.

9-Canada:
"Ooooh, I-I-I'm C-Canada!! Notice me, America!! Help me, Big Brother France!!"
Seriously, I have a huge thing against kawaii characters. Ew. Again, the real
country of Canada isn't bad but I don't like the APH character at all.

8-Liechtenstein:
Drum rollllll, and we have.. another kawaii character! "Switzi help me!!
Look at me, I'm so sweet and cute! Belarus where are youuu?-"
Seriously. I'm tired of this.

7-Romano:
Finally, a character that isn't kawaii! But to make up for it, guess what?
He's a smooth-talking smart mouth that doesn't know the first thing about
respect. AUHGG.

6-Greece:
First of all, I'd like to say that I have family members in Greece and I
respect the culture and land of Greece. However, the APH character is
just too kawaii. Auugh, why the obsession with cats? If we look at folklore
and mythology, Egypt would technically be the one obsessed with cats.

5-Luxembourg:
Rich snob who is too busy for his family.

4-Sealand:

We DO. NOT. need a knockoff of England that is ten times more annoying.

3-2p!England:
I don't even want to START with this guy. I think 1P is alright though..

2-Scotland:
Pretty much the same reasoning as Romano

1-Australia:
