Cool! One thing I might change: When birds land irl, they usually flap a few times to slow themselves down beforehand. With a small bird like this, it'd be sort of a quick staccato beat (think the hand claps in the Friends theme song. Really the best way I can explain it right now. ). I also might have cushioned the action with more drawings at the end. So yeah, hope that helps.

Honestly, they still have elbow and wrist joints just like a human arm, and in the case of bats, they even have "finger" bones. It's just that the bones are much longer in proportion to their bodies. There's this amazing tutorial I always recommend to people learning to draw wings:Β Bird wing tutorial Β Definitely a useful resource.
