I agree with ArtbyBones what was Dance of Death album cover all about? One of my favorite has to be Somewhere in Time with aΒ futuristic Eddie, and now this art piece of yours. You never disappoint from your Chewbaccoat to this one of Eddie.

Nice work. It's a shame that the cover art for Maiden went downhill in the '90s. I remember that awful Dance of Death one, I couldn't believe anyone thought it was a finished illustration.
There were some great earlier ones though.

Thank you! Yeah, the Dance of Death cover, even Bruce Dickinson mentioned it in his autobiography, calling it "embarrassing" or something. As I recall, it was an unfinished version, and I think it was Steve Harris who really liked it and wanted to use is as it was, and even the artist asked for his name to be removed from the credits. So, yeah...
