Deep reds are pain in the... rear to print out *sighs* But I'm not afraid of exceptive cases, heh
Illustrations are more difficult to print out than photos, though.

Oh, I can imagine! They suck when it comes to lighting effects as well, filters just hit them differently than they do other colors. Stupid long wavelengths pffft.

Hmmm... but on the other hand I found a type of matte paper which turns this reds darker and the shadows - deeper. Interesting hazy effect when soft proofing, I wonder how it turns out on print.
