Haha, well I wasn't sure how it worked in American Universities XP Maybe I should rephrase it to "No smoking in the picture room". That would make more sense

well the campus i go to there's no smoking in the classrooms but there are designated smoking areas for others. its not a banned thing.

you don't need to do it for the picture though. i'm just teasing. maybe we should ask =nichan or *Pimpypants if there is smoking allowed?

Haha wow, my university is the opposite, you can smoke ANYWHERE except for the classrooms.. But in the art college, you only don't smoke in the classroom when there's a lecture going on, if it's an air conditioned class, or if either the professor or the nude model hates cigarettes. We usually break them out during work time (but the area for pot remains at the back of the college building, hahaha).

Although it's been a while, I dunno if they changed the rules now. Last time I visited I was surprised at how.. respectable it looked. Where were the shirtless stoners and guys with waist-length hair and dudes covered in paint who haven't bathed for days??? The place was full of clean-cut kids and fashionistas. Oh, the digital age!!!

China is the exact opposite. People here smoke in frikkin' ELEVATORS, even when there's a baby in it! I'm like daaaaaamn dude, would it kill you to wait until we get to the first floor? Cabbies smoke too. It's too much XO
