Too busy to upload it sooner... but finally I finished it =u=;

(The recipe was in spanish and, because my english is not perfect, it may be incorrect or mispelled. I didn't want to do a salty appetizer, 'cause neither me nor Zein likes them, so I choose a sweet one ^^)

Zein, an expert of cooking and baking, Me, a failure writing recipes, drawing choux cream pastries and translating spanish to english. Together, we are going to combine our powers and... Okay, watched too much TV for today...

Baking/Foods assignment - Preparing an appetizer your character can make.

Chocolate cream (for the filling)

Ingredients:
200 ml. - skimmed milk
1/2 - packet of curd
10 drops - liquid saccharin
chocolate powder without sugar

Preparation:
Put 150ml of the milk to heat. Mix the curd with the 50mñ of milk we saved. We put the mix on a bowl and we add the chocolate powder and the saccharin. We keep on mixing the ingredients and we let it cook. When it is ready we leave the mix on the fridge, to get it cold. Then we can fill the appetizers with it.

Choux Creme Light Pastry

Ingredients for the pastry:
1 teaspoon - sunflower oil
125ml. - water
50gr. - whole wheat flour
1 egg white

We put the water to boil and we add a teaspoon of oil. Once the water boils, we add the flour and stirit with a spoon until it blends and we leave a couple of minutes to cook and loose the flour flavor. We let it rest for 5 minutes. We move the mix to another bowl and add the egg white, we beat it with a mixer until all the lumps are removed. Then we put it in a pastry bag and make piles on special paper on the oven, we leave it for about 30 minutes. When the time passes, we get the pastries out of the oven and let it cook. Then we fill them with the chocolate cream before serving.
