Very nice - good shading and I really like how you've drawn her dress.
I love details, but I also think there can be too many of them... I love how you've drawn the trees and the leaves (must have taken a lot of time too, I imagine ), but if you want the focus to be on the girl and the temple, you should make the background more indistinct. You don't have to see every leaf to recognize a tree...

i know.
but im having trouble to stop foccusing on details and sharp edges.
but i tried to make a indistinct background in the murder or the kitchenmaid piece

I can see that I think it works really well in your other drawing because it's clear what you want the viewer to focus on. Details in the background is not at all bad, you should just limit it a bit I think...
