I was very saddened this week to hear of three great talents passing away. I was shocked when Micheal Jackson died yesterday on the same day as Farrah Fawcett and I was equally shocked that it seemed that the news media forgot about Farrah almost immediately after Micheal Jackson died. It is a tragic week for all involved and I think that this strip would probably be Farrah's reaction to being practically ignored by the media after her long illness.Related content

Yeah it was a total shock for me. I almost thought it wasn't real at first. :/ It was such a shame... he was so talented. I still have all of his old records.

i'm pretty sure when i found out ed mcmahon died i was like, "hey guys, ed mcmahon died." and my friends were like, "that sucks....pass the pizza."
and then when mj and farrah died,
i was like "NOT FARRAH!!! DAMN YOU CANCER!!! " and my friends were like "OMG MJ!!!"

Yeah I barely heard anything about Mcmahon when he died either. Most of the people I talked to didn't even know he was dead. x.x
It just seems like this is a really terrible month for celebrities. It seems like so many people are dropping like flies this month. :C I still can't beleive that Farrah and Micheal are gone.

It was a worldwide attitude to overlook some deaths for the benefit of Michael... within my region it used to be like "now we are moving from the topic of an accident in Czech republic where 3 people died in a flood, to a REAL TRAGEDY---the loss of M.J.". Got to love mass media...
