For some reason, this seems like a VERY classic design. Good job. The colors are great, and the kitty with wings is cute too.

It's a very cute picture with smart color choices... rather than make it overly complicated and active on the eyes, the easy colors at work here really assist the overall feelign to what I think you were trying to convey. The subject is coy and amusing, as is, of course, the flying mouse!

What program did you make this in? If you used photoshop or something, next time I would suggest using the pen tool to do your general shapes, because the outside lines are a little shakey, which never looks as professional as if they... weren't.
