Okay this is a Pokemon fanart for the Halloween season. More or less this is a crossover of Pokemon with Harry Potter with the Pokemon as the pertronus (if i spelled that right) So here Ash and Misty are dueling while Brock is watching. Also the setting is in the Room of Requirement and instead of DeathEater dummies there's Team Rocket dummies (not so different than the real thing XD)FYI Ash is in the Griffindor House, Misty is of Ravenclaw and Brock is Hufflepuff
