One thing I liked to mention when I made this, I forgot one of the most important things when making a piece: no planned composition. I just made the render and spent a good deal of time trying to figure out what to do with it. So I went with the idea that came to my mind first. And then just continuted to work on this along the way. So take this advice, and plan out what your going to make in advance.
Something else that was kinda cool (not for me, maybe you guys will think its cool) is that 3ds max crashed over 6 times while making the render... Thank god for auto back up.
And Photoshop also had a hard time keeping up with what I was doing. Around half way I had to stamp the visible so I wouldn't work in bullet time, then when I was almost finishing it again continued to slow down.
But I'm done and so its this, and I'll continue to try harder on my next work... I already started working on my next entry XD

That's cool, I like the color scheme, what is interesting though-
All of the explosions are extremely uniform, almost looking like it used the same graphic for each- and all of them are going on at the same time! And each hole they are coming from seems to be perfectly round or something---
Just a bit more randomness with the explosions and I think it'd be perfect!
(This side of the ship looks wicked, I'd love to see the rest of it! *hint hint*)

You know, after looking at some of your work I thought I recognized the style.
I'm a big fan of oxygenetic and always wondered who was the guy that made that picture.
I even set it as my friends' wallpaper I thought it was so well done.

Looking really good. The render is pretty good but I think the Photoshop is what really attracts the eye's attention. Nicely done.

Excellent 3D work my friend. I would've loved this even more had it been incorporated in a technical design. I like how things seem wavy around those brushed areas to give it the feeling it's emitting energy. I don't like the background much.. the render feels pasted on it. That's why I would've liked it better had it been a technical design. Anyway, I believe I should fav this for the effort put into the 3D.

good job on the background scene too, i never put backgrounds on my spacey type models cause i dont really know what else to put out there in space other then stars
