Aside from Xemnas's bangs being a tad too long (he looks more like Sephiroth...though I'm certainly not complaining! LOL) I think the piece is lovely. Absolutely love how smooth and flowing the hair is. Makes me want to reach out and pet it....

I'd suggest adjusting Xemnas' bangs if possible; everything else looks fantastic, but his bangs as they are make him appear to be Sephiroth, not Xemnas. Try looking at his official CG models or some screenshots for reference?
That's just a suggestion, though.
