Looking down I see a trace
Leaving pieces of my face.
Looking up brings hope to me,
through my eyes now I can see
Your parts falling down on me

The use of contrast is very eye-catching, you've got great talent when it comes to capturing light and shadows...I'm rather envious! I really like the 'fading away', element, it's simple, yet very powerful. Poignant almost, very deep. That's how it reads to me, anyway.

The contrast is incredibly eye-catching, the way the light and shadows play on the face. You've captured them very well, you seem to have great skill with that. I very much like how the face is drifting away, that whole element creates a very...searching for the word...poignant feel, almost? It's simple, yet very deep and strong...that's how it reads with me at least!
