The explosion rung all across the island, and the flames killed everyone on the express. When the smoke cleared, all that remained were two shells of metal, and crushed smokeboxes.
When Thomas found what were the remains of two of his best friends, he could only cry tears of sadness. Now his friends were two shining stars that he would look up to every night from the sheds.
