Description
In my fan made Spyro universe is this one of two ways to control magic.

Crown magic flow trough the center of the mind. It is the rarest form of magic since it is genetically submissive to core magic. That means that if a Sleep and a Fire dragon made a hatchling, it would be less than 10% chance of having crown magic. Every tree line in this magic system has a great power that can be extremely powerful when used for good or extremely dangerous when used for evil, and that is why every crown magic dragon is usually transferred at a young age to live with dragons alike themself to learn, feel normal and live without negative energy or fear from others.

More into detail:
Mental - the power to control things around with just the mind.
Telekinesis - Control, move or break things or others psychically
Mind - Go into someone’s mind, and control from there how the victims speak, think or behave.

Aura - the power to control what is invisible to the bare eye.
Mood - change someone or a crowds mood. Some moods are easy to learn, others take time. The easiest mood to learn is the one that is most natural to the character. If a mood dragon is sad most of its time, that mood is then easy to spread.
Healing - healing wounds, souls and curses. Some of the greatest healers can even bring back blocked magic.
Spirits - Talk to the dead, spirits or other abnormal creatures from the other side. With enough power, the character might even control or bend the dead or spirits to their will or travel to the other side and back.

Time - The power to see and control time
Psychic - See to the past or future. At the start a psychic dragon will only see random events, but with time and training they will be able to see specific events and might even show others their vision.
Speed - Controlling the speed around the dragon itself. For the Speed dragon the time go as normal, but the surroundings goes at the speed that is set. It is hard to learn both slowing or speeding time, so usually a speed dragon is specialized in one of them.
Pause - even rarer ability/element is the power to stop time itself. The dragon moves as normal, but time stand still. This element is more common to accrue when two Time dragons make a offspring.

Elemental - the power to bend others magic.
Control - Elemental control dragons have no special elemental ability themselves, but the power to control others magic when used.
Block - Elemental block dragons can block an others dragons ability or element. Some of the most powerful can even block an others magic power permanently. Most Elemental block dragons have at least one parent that have mastered elemental control magic.

Illusion - the power to control others vision.
Sleep - A sleep dragon have the power to make others fall asleep. Some have even mastered the power to make other sleep forever.
Nightmare - the power to send someone into a nightmare. Some can even control the nightmare and see the others fears. A nightmare dragon is usually born when the mother have been affected by negative energy over longer periods in her life, and if someone in the family tree have illusion magic.
Dream- the power to send someone into a dream. Some can even control the dream and see what the other wants the most in life. A dream dragon is usually born when the mother have been affected by positive energy over longer periods in her life, and if someone in the family tree have illusion magic.
Vision - A power to make others see things that are not there. Making a illusion for the awake eye. Some of the most powerful can even permanently place an illusion in someone’s mind.

- you can use the system if you like, no need to give me credit for the idea, it is inspired by so many so it is not that “unique”. But if you want to, I would be happy.
- if you want to make a character to be used the fan made universe I’m making, please stay true to the lore of the different elements/magic.
