As you can see in the characters' bios, they have these "classes", which I will now explain to you what they would be. Classes are the Cybertronian civilization's way of categorizing individuals based on the vehicles/machines they transform into, the classes being:

-𝗟𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘀: Those that transform into two-wheeled vehicles (motorcycles and derivatives)
-𝗙𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀: Those that transform into cars of all types
-𝗣𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝘀: Those that transform into medium-sized land vehicles (vans, mini-buses, SUVs, pickup trucks, etc.)
-𝗦𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀: Those that transform into large land vehicles (trucks and buses)
-𝗪𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿𝘀: Those that transform into military land vehicles of all types and sizes
-𝗛𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀: Those that transform into aerial vehicles of all types and sizes

Fun fact: Cybertronians of different classes CANNOT reproduce with each other, as their DNA is not compatible

In the solar system known as Alpha Centauri, there is a planet very similar to ours in size, which had a surface composed of 50% of a purple liquid with energetic properties and 50% of a metallic alloy similar to titanium. The implant called "T-Cog", which gave users the ability to transform into some type of machine, most commonly vehicles. This division ended up generating violent conflicts, where obviously the Neos always had advantages against the Protos, which ended up with many Protos giving up on their philosophy and implementing the T-Cog themselves. 25 generations later, the Neos became the majority, now accounting for 99.9% of the Cybertronian population, while the Protos became a species of primitive creatures called "Protoforms" that began to live in the sewers of large metropolises, feeding on garbage. They founded an order of super-powered warriors known as "The Knights of Iacon" (Iacon being the capital of the entire planet), who were young members of extremely noble and wealthy families from the city of Iacon, who were transformed into the best and most powerful soldiers. of Cybertron through absurdly heavy training and "mystical" artifacts called "Matrices", which granted them super powers. They were always led by a figure known as "The Prime Knight", a richer and more privileged young man than all the other Knights, who was chosen by the Matrix of Leadership, the most powerful of all matrices, and consequently, transformed the Prime Knight in the most powerful Knight of Iacon of all. For centuries the Matrix chose only extremely privileged boys from very rich families to be the Prime Knight.
