I'M SO FUCKIN PISSED RIGHT NOW OKAYBACKSTORY
Yknow, I like to consider myself a pretty well rounded, and calm member of society. I've been thinking about making some adopts for a while, and I know based pony adopts tend to get more publicity then hand drawn (from what I've seen). So today, I figured I'd sit down and have a relaxing evening making a batch of these. How hard could it be? After all, using a doll would be a lot easier than drawing from scratch right?
WRONG. IT IS SO FRUSTRATING TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO USE THESE DAMN THINGS. LAYERS THAT DON'T EXIST, SHITS OVERLAPPING AND WTF. THIS IS THE ONLY ONE I'M MAKING UNTIL I CAN UNDERSTAND HOW TO USE A BASE.
ANYWAYS, IN THE MIDST OF MY FRUSTRATION, I SHIT THIS DESIGN OUT OF MY ARTISTIC ASS CHEEKS. TBH, I KINDA LIKE IT. IT'S PASTEL BAT PONY FUN TIMES, BUT I WENT THROUGH HELL AND BACK TO MAKE THIS DAMN THING

You can create layers for it by redrawing over the base. I did it before i realized i could use pixals

its okay. one think i can say is the paint bucket tool is your friend, (if you have PS) you take it off contiguous, and it is so much faster.Β

when u look for a base make sure u put in transparent
that way you make your own layers and dont have to worry about layers that exist and dont exist at the same timeΒ
